1. Scope

- Audio: AI-synthesized speech, podcasts, and audio content
- User Inputs (Prompts): Text descriptions and instructions submitted by users
- Scripts: AI-generated conversational scripts for podcast content
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
PodcastGen explicitly prohibits using this Service to generate the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW Content
- Violence / Gore
- Hate Speech
- Child Safety Issues (CSAM)
- Deepfakes / Impersonation
- Copyright or Trademark Infringement
2.1 Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
The following content will be immediately disposed of upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report to authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
- Content inciting racial genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals
- Any other content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
2.2 General Prohibited Activities
- Generate or disseminate false information or rumors
- Impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations
- Infringe intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights
- Present AI-generated content as human-created to deceive users
- Batch generate spam or fraudulent content
- Use jailbreak prompts to bypass platform security mechanisms
- Use the Service to scrape or harvest data from other sources without permission
- Attempt to extract, decompile, or analyze AI models and algorithms
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize outputs without authorization
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to exploit the Service
- Attempt to bypass usage quotas, rate limits, or access controls
- Disrupt, overload, or compromise the integrity of our infrastructure
3. AI Model Disclosure
This Service uses the following AI models for content generation:
- DeepSeek — For AI script generation (converting articles and text into conversational podcast scripts)
- Third-party text-to-speech providers — For audio synthesis (converting scripts into spoken podcast audio)
Model names are disclosed as required. We do not misrepresent our relationship with these providers or use their brand logos for marketing purposes.
4. Content Moderation
PodcastGen employs a multi-layered content moderation system combining automated filtering, human review, and periodic audits.
4.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)
All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by security filters:
- Input Filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of user prompts
- Output Filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
- Usage Pattern Analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API usage behavior
We utilize automated content safety detection tools to identify potentially harmful content before processing.

- Automatically flagged content enters a human review queue
